Latitude is for sale! 52,000

All good things must come to an end.

Due to some unexpected changes in our life, we realize it’s time to let her go.

We have enjoyed sharing her with so many sailing on the San Francisco Bay!
Now it’s time to turn her over to someone new!
Feel free to call for more information. 408 406-3884

The hull is 4 layers of 3/8” mahogany planking with two layers of fiberglass matting. All done with West System.

The deck is 2x3 virtical grain douglas fir over 3/8' marine plywood.

The cabins and trunk cabins are 4x8 douglas fir through bolted with 5/8" stainless rod.

In the last few years, we completely rebuilt the 471 Detroit Diesel, installed a new furuno color LCD fish finder, new electric toilet, new EPIRB, new bilge pumps and a new six man Revere coastal survival raft and much more!

She was hauled out in March of 2023 for hull and bottom paint, zinks and a new propeller.

See what other people say about us!

Ahoy- I would like to thank Capt. Jim & Sharon for an amazing day on the Latitude. As a charter boat Captain myself, I know what it takes to make for an amazing memorable experience on the water. Latitude is an amazing vessel and with the experience, detailed attention to passenger comfort and safety and local knowledge of the SF Bay that Capt. Jim has and the hard work of his First Mate Sharon, that’s exactly what we had, an amazing, fun filled day! We cant wait to go out and sail the bay again!

Thank you again!

The Latitude is a fantastic experience! It’s a great way to spend time with friends and family! We were able to see all sorts of land marks in the SF bay along with being able to sail under the Golden Gate Bridge. The Bridge from that angle was breath taking and it was so much fun to see people from the bridge waving down at us. It’s definitely an experience you don’t want to miss and one I hope to experience many times.

Julie & Gino

Julie & I have been sailing aboard the SV Latitude 4 times. It’s hard to believe it’s been 4 times already. Of course the novelty of the first trip is fantastic but we have to say that each and every time is just as good as the others. The Latitude is a fine boat. Vessel, ship, boat? I’ll get that right one of these days. And Jim & Sharon are very dear to us. You couldn’t ask for a nicer couple. I’m telling you, Jim, Sharon, The Latitude, San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Alcatraz,

Getting out on the wide open water with Jim and Sharon as our guide and host is a wonderful way to relax and reset. We are so appreciative of every opportunity we have to sail with you both!
